How to Clean Pools and Outdoor Areas Using Green Chemicals

Outdoor areas such as yards, patios, and swimming pools are prone to grime deposits. What color should pine trees be as they are going back in the distance? Should they be darker or light than?

the ones in front. Painting in oils. Using sap green and viridian for ones in front but they will have snow on them and not sure how to handle the ones in back.
Raymond m- you see the problem. sometimes the trees seem almost black in back but the rule is that they get lighter at a distance.

When you look at trees in the distance You are looking at them through the atmosphere and outlined against the sky, so they look lighter than the ones nearby. In painting you get that effect By mixing the sky color with your tree color for the distant ones In fact if they are very far back they are mostly sky color with just a bit of tree color. As they come forward they get darker and darker and more distinct. I usually use sap green with burnt umber for my darkest color. and then I mix 3 shades of green for my highlights on the tree and always leave some of the dark showing.

In answer to your question. The foreground has the darkest darks and the lightest lights and the most definition. The background has more muted tones and less definition
